GUIDE
Lead Rank helps you review guest behavior after an event and find registrants who may need a message before it starts.
Open the Guests tab and ask your account administrator to enable the ranking UI for your tenant.
In your organizer settings, choose Lead Rank or Attendance as the column label.
Use either label. The setting changes only the column name, not the score or guest order.
Before your event, open the Guests tab and select the At-risk chip or filter.
Use the filter to view this event’s active registrants in the low, medium, or high risk bucket.
Open the filter’s deep link when you want to return directly to the at-risk list.
When your tenant has fewer than 50 registrant records from closed events, the risk bucket uses an engagement-score heuristic.
After your tenant reaches 50+ registrant records from closed events, the bucket uses its calibrated show probability.
After your event, open the Guests tab to view every guest’s ordinal position, such as #1, and unitless points.
Review the signal words under each guest’s name to see recorded actions such as “Checked in, stayed 47 min, viewed tickets 3 times, been before.”
Treat the signal words as behavior records, not inferred intent.
The score adds pre-event signals such as confirmation, ticket opening, confirmation-page views, past attendance, opt-ins, and payment.
After the event, real behavior joins the score: showing up and completing both a check-in and a check-out stamp. The total score is capped at 100.
Use a manual staff check-in because it counts as attendance throughout the ranking.
Read the displayed stay duration as a display signal, such as “stayed 41 min,” not as points.
Do not expect a longer stay to produce a higher score.
Do not treat a missing check-out as a penalty because many events do not scan guests out.
Select a guest to create a per-lead email or SMS draft matched to that guest’s channel.
Use Top-N batch drafts on the Growth plan or higher.
Review and send every draft yourself. No follow-up message sends automatically.
Use per-lead follow-up drafts on the Free plan.
Remember that AI-drafted copy uses monthly AI credits: Free 2, Growth 8, Pro 25, and Business 125.
Use ranking and signal words on every plan when the ranking UI is enabled.
Open the Guests tab when you need the ranking, signal words, or at-risk filter.
Use the guest’s points and recorded actions to guide your review. Never read a percentage beside a person because Lead Rank does not show one.
