Built by an event organizer tired of guessing how many would show up.
Real events. Hundreds of guests. Forecast attendance within 3%, improving with every event.
Forecast who shows. Sell the tickets. Payouts go to your Stripe.
The case for Vantage. Then the full walkthrough. Hover either to bring it forward.
You ordered food for 300. Only 180 came. Or worse. 400 showed and you ran out of everything. Every event is a guessing game.
The event's over. You have a spreadsheet of names and a gut feeling. No one can tell you why attendance dropped, which audience segments didn't show, or what to fix.
Hiring an event strategist costs thousands. So you wing it, piecing together tools, templates, and advice from blog posts that don't know your audience. What if you could just talk to someone who already knows your data?
There's a better way. It's called event intelligence.
Every event generates thousands of data points. Most organizers ignore them. Event intelligence turns that raw information into decisions that fill seats, cut costs, and create better experiences. It's the same data-driven shift that reshaped retail and finance, finally arriving in event management.
Vantage's event attendance forecasting analyzes historical patterns, registration velocity, weather, day of week, seasonal patterns, and repeat-attendee history to predict event turnout. Forecasts update in real time as registrations come in.
Read the full guide: How event attendance forecasting works and how it reduces no-shows.
Ask anything in plain language. "How are registrations trending?" "Which campaign drove the most ticket sales?" Vantage knows your data and gives you answers, not dashboards to dig through.
Real-time check-in analytics on any phone, no app required. Watch arrival velocity, spot bottlenecks, and trigger reminder campaigns the moment your data says it's time.

Here's what a $50 ticket actually costs you on each platform. Numbers updated for 2026. We did the math so you don't have to.
| Platform | Monthly | $50 ticket all-in* | Attendance Forecasting | AI Co-Planner | White-label |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vantage Business | $249 | $1.75 | |||
| Vantage Pro | $99 | $2.25 | partial | ||
| Vantage Free / Growth | $0–$39 | $3.50 | — | ||
| Luma Plus | $69 | $1.75 | — | ||
| Luma Free | $0 | $4.25 | — | ||
| Eventbrite | $0 | $5.09 |
*All-in cost on a $50 ticket includes Vantage / Luma / Eventbrite platform fees plus standard payment processing (~2.9% + $0.30). Stripe processing applies on every platform, and we are not hiding it. The real difference: Vantage is the only platform with built-in in-cycle attendance forecasting and a conversational AI co-planner. Luma is clean. Eventbrite owns your audience. Vantage gives you intelligence.
Every multi-event experience is the same problem: dates, people, places, money, reminders. Vantage is built for all of them, not just the corporate ones. Whether you're packing a 500-seat keynote or a 8-person bachelorette weekend in Nashville, the AI co-planner finds the venues, drafts the messages, and tracks the RSVPs.
Multi-day, multi-track. Forecast attendance, manage breakouts, run keynote check-ins from a phone.
Tiered tickets, sponsor tracking, donor reminders. Predict no-shows so you don't over-cater the silent auction.
Girls trips, bachelorette weekends, family reunions, friend trips. The AI finds restaurants, books activities, sends reminders. One link replaces the chaos of a 47-message group chat.
Welcome dinner, ceremony, brunch, after-party. Each event has its own RSVP, its own venue, its own reminder timeline.
Multi-day immersives. Track sessions, attendance, post-event surveys, and follow-up emails, all from one place.
Music, food, community. Event attendance forecasting on weather, local events, and ticket velocity tells you what your gates will look like.
The kind of customer we're here for: someone who started with a bachelorette weekend in Nashville and ended up running their annual board retreat. Same tool, two completely different events.
Vantage ranks every signal on your event by importance (registration velocity, no-show history, weather, day of week, seasonal patterns, repeat attendees) and surfaces the ones that change your outcome. You see the highest-importance signals your plan carries: 1 on Free, 6 on Growth, 15 on Pro, all of them on Business. No dashboards to dig through. The fixes find you.
Six signals surfaced for this event. Over fifty available across the platform. Vantage shows the ones that matter for yours.
Vantage flags registrants who skipped your last event, before you order food for them again.
Registration pace slowing? Vantage pings you with days to recover, not the morning of.
Under 50% sold with two weeks left? Low confirmation rate? Vantage sees it. Eventbrite doesn't.
Where they're coming from. How they found you. Which channel actually drove tickets.
Watch Vantage turn weather, registration pace, and past behavior into a forecast you can plan against.
Type a question in plain English. Vantage reads your live event data (registrations, capacity, days remaining, past attendance) and answers like a planner who just looked at your dashboard.
Venue, copy, timeline, registration, reminders, follow-up. Watch the planner do the full stack.
Every click, every check-in, every ticket view is a Vantage Point that makes your next event smarter. No marketplace tax. No app downloads. Just tools that compound.
Your brand, your colors, your story. One-click registration. No competitor events in the sidebar.
Open a URL on any phone and start scanning. No app to download. Works without internet. Syncs when you reconnect.
Drag-and-drop email editor. Bulk SMS Integration via SimpleTexting. Automated reminders. No Mailchimp needed.
Your logo, colors, and fonts on every page, ticket, and email. Full white-label on Business.
Connect your YouTube channel and Vantage schedules the live broadcast for you: it creates the stream on your channel and hands you the ingest settings, so there is no YouTube Studio setup to copy across. Your audience watches on YouTube at any scale. Viewers who want to join the conversation register for your event, arrive in your Vantage room by name, and you bring them on stage when you choose.
Vantage only creates broadcasts on the channel you connect. It does not read channel analytics or subscriber lists.
Broadcasts are created unlisted, and you decide whether to make them public. Your stream key is shown to you once and is not stored. You can disconnect the channel at any time in your settings, which deletes the stored authorization. Our use of YouTube API Services is described in the privacy policy.
That's the default on every major event platform. A volunteer at your fundraiser. A temp at your product launch. Another agent covering your open house. The moment you give them check-in access, they see every attendee's name, email, and phone number.
One screenshot. Your donor list is gone. Your buyer leads are gone. Your customer contacts are gone.
Vantage does it differently. Check-in staff see names and organization only. Nothing else. If you want to give someone access to contact info, you do it on purpose, through roles. Not by accident, through the check-in app.
The Free plan is the default, needs no credit card, and never expires. Add a card whenever you want the full product and a 30-day Pro trial starts; it becomes paid Pro at day 30, and cancelling any time drops you back to Free.
Each organizer you invite gets 30 days of Pro free, no card required. The 30-day Pro trial is still open to them after that, for 60 Pro days in all.
Attendees pay through Stripe Connect. Funds land in your own Stripe account. Vantage does not hold the ticket money.
Real events. Hundreds of guests. Forecast attendance within 3%, improving with every event.
All plans include zero-install QR check-in, printable tickets, email/SMS confirmations, Stripe-powered ticket sales, and Vantage Points: one on Free, rising with each tier. Attendance forecasting starts on Growth. Confirmations, reminders and tickets are unmetered on every tier; the monthly numbers above are marketing campaign sends. No per-ticket flat fees, ever. Vantage charges a 3% platform fee on ticket sales and donations, plus your payment processor's fees through your own account. Stripe is today's processor. Free events, RSVPs, and check-in work almost anywhere; paid ticketing is available to organizers in the US, Canada, and Switzerland today and expanding.
1 credit = 1 AI action. Actions include email drafts, SMS drafts, Game Day suggestions, and each minute of Oracle chat or Event Planner conversation. AI emails with nearby-place lookups (hotels, restaurants, venues) cost 2 credits: one for the draft, one for the live search. Event attendance forecasts, no-show risk scores, and dashboard analytics do not consume credits, with higher usage caps on paid plans. Every tier includes monthly credits. Need more? Credit packs start at $5 for 50 credits and never expire. Human support on Growth and above.
Forecast attendance, sell tickets, and see what you sold, refunded, and kept. AI co-planner, QR check-in, and Vantage Points ranked by what to fix first. Free, no credit card, live in 2 minutes.
