Which plan you need, and how to tell.

Four plans. Here is the honest version of who each one is for, and when to stop reading.

Free

$0
forever, no card

Up to 25 events, 250 guests each, QR check-in that keeps working when the venue wifi does not, printable tickets, and ticket sales that pay into your own Stripe account. One Vantage Point per event: the single most important signal about it, ranked for you.

Stop here if you run a handful of events a year and mostly need them to run.

Move up when you want to know how many people will actually show up before you commit to a room.

Start free. No card.

Growth

$39
per month

This is where the forecast starts. Vantage Forecast gives you an attendance number before doors open, and your Vantage Points go from one to six, so you get six ranked signals an event instead of one. Unlimited events, 500 guests each, 5 users, your own branding instead of ours, badge printing, and the analytics dashboard.

Stop here if you plan around attendance and one right-sized venue decision a year would cover the cost.

Move up when your events run past 500 guests, or you are sending more than 2,000 campaign emails a month.

Get Growth

Pro

$99
per month

The co-planner tier. 15 Vantage Points an event, 25 AI credits a month, 2,000 guests, and 20 users. Adds the drag-and-drop email editor, CRM integrations for GoHighLevel and HubSpot, and post-event surveys.

The maths. Pro costs the same as Growth once you sell about $2,400 of tickets a month through Vantage, because the fee drop pays the difference. Above that it is cheaper than Growth.

Stop here if events are a real channel for your business.

Get Pro

Business

$249
per month

The top tier. Unlimited users, guests and events, every Vantage Point, white-label event pages on your own domain, 50,000 email sends, priority support.

The maths. Business costs the same as Pro once you sell about $15,000 of tickets a month through Vantage, and less after that.

The small print, in plain words

  • Transactional email is unmetered on every tier, including Free. Registration confirmations, tickets, reminders and event notices never count against anything. The per-tier numbers above are marketing campaign sends.
  • Ticket money is yours before it is ours. Attendees pay through Stripe Connect and funds land in your own Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. Vantage never holds the money and does not control payout timing.
  • Stripe's own processing applies on every tier, as it does on every platform: 2.9 percent plus 30 cents. The Vantage platform fee above is separate and is the only part we set.
  • Paid ticketing is available to organizers in the United States, Canada and Switzerland. Free events, RSVPs, check-in and forecasting work almost anywhere.
