Every plan has Vantage's 3% platform fee on ticket sales and donations, plus the fees your payment processor charges through your own account.

Participant-hours are total attendee time per month: 100 participant-hours equals 100 people for 1 hour.

The Free plan is permanent and needs no card. A 30-day Pro trial is opt-in and requires a card. It becomes $99 a month after the trial. Cancel any time and keep Free.

Good to know

The small print, in plain words

Forecasts and email allowances
  • Forecast attendance within 3%a as it learns your events, on every plan including Free.
  • Only email campaigns count toward your plan's allowance, on every tier including Free. Registration confirmations, tickets, automatic reminders, waitlist and status notices, refunds and post-event reports never count. A scheduled campaign counts even when its subject says reminder.
Ticket fees and payouts
  • Ticket money is yours before it is ours. Attendees pay through Stripe Connect and funds land in your own Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. Vantage never holds the money and does not control payout timing.
  • Stripe's own processing applies on every tier, as it does on every platform: 2.9 percent plus 30 cents. The Vantage platform fee is separate and is the only part we set.
  • The 3% fee applies only to tickets sold through Vantage, because our checkout is the only place it is calculated.
International payments

Subscription charges are billed in USD, so your bank handles the conversion.

Vantage branding on your pages

What about Vantage branding on my pages? Free is the only tier with the Vantage watermark on public pages. The Powered by Vantage badge is required on event pages for Free and Growth, on by default but removable on Pro, and off from the start on Business. In campaign email footers, it appears on Free and Growth only, and is removed automatically on Pro and Business.
