GUIDE

Publish Your Event Page

Publish your event to give attendees a public page with the details and registration actions they need.

Set up your event

Review your event details before publishing, including the poster, date, time zone, venue, map link, agenda, FAQs, ticket prices, and capacity.

Choose an open, invitation-code, or RSVP registration mode for your event.

Complete Stripe onboarding before publishing a paid event if you want attendees to pay by card.

Publish and share

Publish your event to create its public page.

Share the /register/{id} or /e/{id} link to show the event name, date, and venue when the link unfurls in Slack, iMessage, or social apps.

Use the event card embed to place a live card with the title, date, price line, and registration link on another site.

Add a YouTube broadcast to show the live stream on the public page when you go live. Vantage does not record the stream. After it ends, paste your own video link into Recording URL and the public page shows it.

Check the public page

Open the public page to check the poster hero, event time, venue map link, agenda, FAQs, spots left, and price summary.

Check that the price summary matches the tiers attendees can buy right now. Sold-out tiers leave the summary, while other buyable tiers remain.

Check the registration action for your event mode. Paid tiers show Buy Ticket when card payments are available. Events where you collect payment yourself show Register with the price, and free events show Register.

Use public registration with the Turnstile bot check. Keep the protection enabled because public registration does not bypass or remove it.

Plans

Use the public page, link unfurls, JSON-LD event data, and event card embed on every plan.

Review prices on the public page in your settlement currency.

Common questions

What happens before I publish?

Keep the event unpublished to keep its public API response private. An unpublished event returns no public result by ID.

What happens after an edit?

Edit the event and reload the public page to see the change immediately.

Can I publish a sold-out event?

Publish the event and check the disabled registration action for sold-out tiers.

What does the page show search engines?

Use the public page to provide schema.org/Event data with offers, availability, and the real price currency.
