Westchester Food Safety runs one-day ServSafe certification classes and separate exam-only sessions in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with a Rye exam site. Sessions run 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., are health department approved, and the company has offered them since 2015. It also offers ServSafe recertification and Spanish- and Chinese-language courses.

Usual audience: Restaurant and food service staff in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut attend to earn or renew their ServSafe food safety certification.
