HR Food Safe runs the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification course, a six-hour class using the ServSafe Manager 9th Edition and ending with a written exam. Public classes meet at hotels in several states, and private sessions can be arranged for groups of five or more in New England or ten or more nationwide.

Usual audience: The classes serve food service staff seeking first-time or renewal certification as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager to meet state and local requirements.
